We listed our home in May and sold in June. Ron and Barb Funk at the Penticton ComFree office helped us with all of our questions day or evening. The promptness of them putting signage out, taking pictures and advertising it on the internet help us a sell quick. Without having to pay commission we could price to sell.

In the end, the lawyers review and oversee all of the paper work and you pay them regardless if you use and agent or sell privately, so why pay someone to show your home? Who knows your home better than you?
