Jackie enjoyed the process

Jackie wanted to sell her home and had made plans to move to Vancouver and continue her training as a triathlete. She did not feel it was necessary to pay out a large real estate commission as she felt confident that she could handle the sale. Here is what she had to say about her experience of using ComFree to assist her sell her home:

"In March 2007 I listed my house and property for sale with Comfree. I decided that I did not want to give a real estate agent a large sum of money from the sale of my house. I had seen the Comfree signs while in Alberta and there were as many of them up as known real estate companies. This told me that they were obviously working, why else would so many people be using this service. I called; they came out to the house and explained how it all worked and the price. Price was right....they supplied the signs, advertised on their web page and gave me all the info I needed to know about selling. Within hours of putting up the for sale signs I had calls coming in....when I checked the web page where my listing was located, I could see that there were a lot of "hits", looking at my listing.

By May I had sold my house and the new owner takes possession on June 29th. The buyer found my house via the signs that were up, advertising it. I was very happy with the exposure and the amount of inquires I received by listing with Comfree."
