Blair and his wife bought a home for sale with ComFree and needed to sell their own in order to make the deal happen. Here is what he had to say:

My wife and I purchased our new house and sold our old house using Comfree. They were great and provided very professional, prompt, and comprehensive service. In this real estate market I firmly believe that houses sell themselves, and I was right - we had many interested buyers contact us through the Comfree website. The people we bought our new house from had a similar experience.

The buyers guide that Comfree produced for us were great. When people would come to view the house we gave them a copy and it had all the information they required. It was an excellent resource.

I'll never use a realtor again, now that I know I can save thousands of dollars in fees by simply using the Comfree listing service.
